Rebecca is a regular commentator for broadcast and print media, offering an expert view on climate and energy policy and governance. Broadcast appearances include Channel Four News, BBC National and Local TV News, Radio 4’s Today Programme, Woman’s Hour, and BBC World Service Weekend, as well as a wide range of print and online media including The Times, The Guardian, Science Magazine and the New Scientist. She writes regular opinion pieces for The Guardian, and has also written for The Times, Prospect, and The Boston Globe.
She has advised, and appeared in, documentaries including Channel Four documentary series The Great Climate Fight (2023) and BBC One’s The People vs Climate Change (2021). Her podcast appearances include Reasons to be Cheerful with Ed Miliband, Inside Government, the Institute for Government podcast, and Local Zero.
